CALLINGTON WBD COOLANT SYSTEM CLEANER Code 2535 For Cleaning & Decontaminating Central Systems & Individual Machines
DESCRIPTION Callington WBD Coolant System Cleaner is a concentrated, water based, degreaser and cleaner for engineering workshops. It is designed for cleaning central systems before new sample trial, between fluid change over, e.g. milling machine, CNC machines by recirculation. Callington WBD Coolant System Cleaner contains rust inhibitor. It is also suitable for cleaning the machine surrounding floor. It is biodegradable, nonflammable, economical and safe to use.

APPLICATION & DILUTION RATE For Cleaning Milling, CNC machines, etc. The following procedure outlines are provided for your assistance. The procedures should be followed prior to any trial of "Ultra Synthet 971" or when contamination predicates dumping the sump.
1. Add Callington Machine Cleaner to existing coolant at the following proportions: Sump Capacity Callington WBD Coolant System Cleaner 20 - 80 L 1 - 2 L 80 - 60 L 2 - 4 L 160 - 400 L 4 - 8 L Central Systems 20 L
2. Recirculate coolant/cleaner for approximately one hour, or as long as necessary.
3. Drain cleaner, scrape and clean sump. Note: Look for areas of entrapment or "dead" spaces in sump.
4. Fill with clean water and recirculate, or provide thorough rinse/dump water. Make sure all the foam from Callington WBD Coolant System Cleaner is thoroughly rinsed away. Repeat step 6 until the foam is completely cleared.
Charge the machine coolant system with new fluid. Specialty Chemical Manufacturers for Industry, Biosecurity and Aviation HANDLING Callington WBD Coolant System Cleaner is water based, mildly alkaline degreaser. Continued skin contact may result in loss of natural skin oil. It is recommended that operators wear protective gloves. Refer to the Material Safety Data sheet for detailed information.
